A discovery call is a no-strings attached conversation for us to find out how well we can work together as coachee and coach. It is also confidential space for you to ask questions and find answers about how you can resolve conflicts more quickly and easily. 

 

Coaching and Mediation is a collaborative process. We will explore values that are important to both of us, which help us build trust and establish strategies and priorities for moving forward.

I will invite you to share your story about how you are doing, what's on your mind, and what you expect from me. I will share with you some processes that could be helpful in your situation.

The consultation is complementary. It is totally up to you to decide what is best action for you afterwards.
