During increased uncertainty, you need more coporate purpose so that your business can be sustained by all your stakeholders.

My Corporate Governance Diploma, jointly awarded by the Glasgow Caledonian University and Corporate Governance Institute in the UK.

My ESG Cerificate from the Corporate Governance Institute.
Corporate purpose is defined by Colin Mayer as “producing profitable solutions for the problems of the people and planet, and not profiting from creating problems”. This definition is adopted by the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Enacting Purpose Initiative and the British Academy, among other prominent organisations. This is one of the reasons why corporate governance and Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) is rising on the corporate horizon.
My coporate purpose is to produce profitable solutions for the problems of the people and planet, and not profiting from creating problems.
I help corporate companies avoid disputes by addressing their issues from the top, where problems are usually created. Corporate Governance looks at the whole organisation as a holistic system, and address issues beyond business issues such as people, culture and social, environmental. For example, I assist companies to create an appropriate ESG policy which enables them to balance business interests with social and enviroment needs so that staff, suppliers, regulators and the community will have a harmonious relationship with investors and shareholders. Business interests are protected in the long run and the business becomes more sustainable.
The beauty of integrating coaching, dispute resolution and coporate governance is that I support companies in different stages of their journey in a flexible manner. As a company grows, its need changes. The stages below are an example of the needs a company may have when a commerical dispute arises, either internally amongst its workforce or externally between businesses. Each company is unique, some goes through all the stages while others may simply need support to avoid risks so they can grow with more certainty.
Stage One: Dispute Resolution
I provide efficient and cost-effective dispute resolution remedies that reflect your real needs and interests. I assist you to choose the most appropriate alternatives dispute resolution (ADR) such as mediation to help you avoid high-cost litigation while protecting your confidentiality and giving you more control over the future of your business.
Stage Two: Coporate Governance
I audit your company governance architecture to help you build back a healthy organisational culture, manage risks, plans strategically and comply to company law responsibly so that disputes do not happen again.
Stage Three: Coaching
I support directors, boards, teams and people managers either 1:1 or in a group to define problems, identify interests, mitigate risks, generate strategic options and implementation plans.
Corporate companies will have the option of me being your in-house coach, legal advisor and corporate consultant. This means that everything is operated on a flexible model with no long-term contracts, saving significant costs over having your own full-timer in house staff.
I also work with individual clients on a 1:1 basis as a coach, conflict management consultant and ADR advisor with a short-term contract.
Reach out to me for a conversation if you would like to create more certainty for your business and come up with profitable solutions.
