Read more about my action for creating more sustainability for future generations in Wales.

The ESG Certificate is a part of my accreditation from the Corporate Governance Institute.
In June 2022, I applied for another Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) fund to further my cultural leadership research. My research interest this time is on shaping the future of young people through making more collaboration between cultural heritage management, environmental science, and Young Entrepreneurship. Hence, I have crafted the research title below:
Crafting the Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Story: Knowledge Exchange Between Environmental Science, Cultural Heritage Management, and Young Entrepreneurship for the Wellbeing of Future Generations in Wales
Research Rationale
“The world is at breaking point environmentally, socially, financially, and politically. We need to address the complex issues that cause isolation, conflict, disputes, and competition between stakeholders in the current UK system. My mindset has become more systemic, global, modern, and ready for the future since 2014. I want to deal with problems at the source and lead from the front in all my leadership positions. I want to inspire young people with a new mindset and come up with a new system of life as an alternative for a sustainable future.’’ Selana Kong
