This is a blog series that I will continue to expand on the importance of self-care :

When was the last time you take a walk aimlessly?
1. Health - what is your body telling you? how intelligent is our body? how is it connected with the mind. What are some of the good habbits that sustains my health? What's not working? Is there a pattern/ cycle? What do you predict if your life carries on in the same way? Is your health sustained or do you need to make changes to improve your health? What atomic habbit would you like to make ?
2. Balance - How balanced are you? Balanced between what? What are the consequences of not being balanced? What does it feel like when I am balanced? When was a time I feel balanced? What do I do now about my balance or the lack of ?
3. Boundary - Are you feeling too responsible? Can you come up with a "strap line" that can help you when you are under pressure? is this over-responsibility happening anywhere else in your life? How would you like it to be different? What would you say to others to help them take their own responsibilties ? What would be different ?
4. Fun - Not having fun ? What stops you from having fun? Is it still relevant? What is the consequence of not having fun? Does fun really make everything better? What are some examples? What are the limits - practical, time, emotion and interests? When do I start?
5. Need - What an alternative system of life do I need? What are the things in my life that I actually don't need? What are the things that I need and don't have yet? What are my dreams? Who dreams the same way? What are the costs of an alternative system of life ? Are there any other barriers? How do you remove those barriers?
6. Connection - What is a community and why is it important? How does a community start? How does it break down? What's happening to communities ? What is missing and what needs to be changed? What can I do about this?
7. Sustainability- Give and Take - Sustain your own "ecosystem" Giving and taking are equally important. How are you as giver? How are you as a taker? Is it sustainable? What is missing? Are there anything wrong? How would you like it to be different? Speak to another person about this and hear their perspectives.
