Creative Journey At Risk?
Creative professionals create our journey, we risk working in isolation if we don’t have someone to talk to about innovative ideas, career moves and ways to make a better living while doing what we love.
The COVID pandemic has further isolated creative professionals from each other and increased our financial risks as many jobs were interrupted or lost.
Facilitation Is Hard
COVID also made facilitation harder because we were suddenly expected to pivot to new ways of working and engaging with participants or risk going backwards. This challenge is further complicated by constantly evolving health and safety measures and a range of emotional and behavioral issues exacerbated by the pandemic.
