If time and resources are not a concern, what would you long to do? As COVID, the Fuel Crisis, and Living Cost Crisis are making traveling less affordable, I long to find ways to remain in the same place while allowing my mind to travel.

I used to be an employee where my schedule was mostly controlled by others. Now I am self-employed and I am in charge of my time. These are the things I long to do if time and resources are not a concern.
I long to read books that expand my thinking
I long to blog so I can share my learning with people from all over the world
I long to sing and write songs that can pluck heartstrings like the Welsh and the Irish
I long to remain in Llangollen where culture meets nature
I long to open a quiet cafe here
there is be a guitar and a piano but no mic
people are welcome to make music quietly anytime they want
In one corner of the cafe, there is a shelf with books,
people donate books, read books, swob books
sit or talk to friends quietly
I go around and talk to people about anything that matters to them.
In another corner of the cafe, there is an upcycling workshop
where men and women can work quietly
they make lovely objects with pre-used materials
I decorate the cafe with upcycled antique furniture
There is be a vegetable garden at the back of the cafe
I grow seasonable and local vegetables
What I grow, we will eat at the cafe
If you are a traveler from far away, I invite you to tell me a story about your journey
If you agree, I can ask you a few questions to help you overcome your fears
if you agree, I can help you bring your hopes for the future to the present
I will give you a postcard so you can write down whatever you want to remember take away
I also long to write a book about remaining in the same place but allowing one's mind to travel. As Mozart said:
"A man of ordinary talent will always be ordinary, whether he travels or not; but a man of superior talent will go to pieces if he remains forever in the same place." (Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Letter 1778)
You are the only limit of your mind.
