Health - what is your body telling you? How intelligent is our body? How is it connected with the mind. What are some of the good habbits that sustains your health? What's not working? Is there a pattern/ cycle? What do you predict that will happen to your health if your life continues to carry on in the same way? Do you feel that your health is sustained or do you need to make changes to improve your health? What atomic habbit could you do to make your health better ?
I got a cold sore last week, after I sustained some minor verbal abuse from a colleague. I reported it, got help, and changed the way I handled my work to avoid this to happen again. I obviously also need to prepare a "strap line" to say to the offender should the scenario repeats.
What interests me is the intelligence of my body. It tells me that I'm under attack and went into repair mode. I look blotted for a couple of days and my skin went dull and my hair was dry. It was time to pamper myself and block out negative thoughts and replace it with more helpful beliefs.
After looking my skin, getting more rests and sleep; and speak to people who can make me feel better, I am back to normal now.
I notice that schedule time off is important, especially as a self-employed. Sometimes work takes over my life. I look around me and other colleagues are taking days off and even a week off here and there, why aren't I doing it?
Be nice to yourself and you deserve a break! The most helpful belief comes to me when I am relaxed, out in the nature, exercising and connecting with people. Listen to what your body is telling you and look after it, it will look after you in the long-run.

I love walking in the country, either by myself or with others. This is the woods in the Netherlands.
