Do you feel being pulled in many directions by your many interests, strengths and areas of expertise? There is a way to focus your business and save energy.

Everything I do is intercultural.
I used to feel overwhelmed becaseu my portfolio career as a coach , mediator, cultural leader, educator and musician used to pull me in different directions. I didn't know how to combine these areas of expertise and hence I found it hard to balance my time and energy.
"What is common between everything you do?" a fellow coach asked.
"Everything I do is intercultual", it dawned on me.
I reflection, I reliased that all my individual clients have intercultural backgrounds and all my corporate clients in are global companies. This is because i specialise in managing migration issues, cultural conflict, cross-border disputes and international career and business development.
"You are a bridge". One of my clients said.
"If I were a bridge, what kind of bridge is that bridge?" I thought to myself.
I am a bridge between the east and the west, between the traditional and the innovative, between business, culture and nature. I love my work becaues it is enriching to humanities and fulfilling to me.
When I focus on my core skill, international competence, everything else falls into place. I find more connection between everything that I do and everything makes more sense, and becomes more effordless. I don't feel overwhelmed anymore because I know I am focusing on the right things.
One of my future plans is to be a bridge between immigrants from Hong Kong to the UK and the UK society and economy. With an estimated 320,000 Hongkongers immigrating to the UK in the next few years, most of whom are highly-skilled, I will use my intercultural competence to support them to build a fulfilled life and contribute to the UK soceity and economy.
Reach out to me for a chat and if you are a Hongkonger in the UK who needs support or you would like to support other Hongkongers in the UK along with me.
