What inspires the most trust, respect and candor ? Session 5: How well run is your company? What does good coroporate governance looks? Learn from the Corporate Governance Code and best practices. Session 6: No body knows your organisation better than you! Customise your own Corporate Governance handbook. Session 7: According to your own needs and the maturity of your company, build a board that can support you the best. Session 8: Transparecy builds trust and accountabilty.
