Here is the Chinese character for "Peace". There are two parts and what do you think they mean?

"和" means peace. This Chinese character is made up of two parts. On the left side is "Rice" and on the right is "Mouth".
My business partner and I had a chat about the meaning of peace in Chinese culture.
Do you know what the Chinese character "和" means? he asked.
"There is a mouth and there is some food" I didn't quite know the answer, to be honest.
"How is a mouth with food connected to peace?" he nodded as if I was right but I was still puzzled.
A couple of seconds later...
"When everyone has enough to eat, there is peace." He revealed the answer.
Did this Chinese character inspire you to think of peace differently?
What is one small step you will take to make a difference?
